Welcome to Bushwick

First, let’s make a small introduction for newcomers. As you probably know Bushwick is located in the northern part of Brooky in NYC. It’s usually described as a working-class neighborhood and it has a population of 129,239.  When it comes to the cost of living it’s overall 41% above the national average. Housing is 70% above the national average, while goods and services are 33% above the national average. The median rent is $2,700, that’s a 2% decrease since last year. You’ve probably heard that because of the post-pandemic inflation, and most of you have felt it. So the prices are probably going to rise, if you thought of moving, you should do it now, since prices probably won’t go down in a while. On the other hand, Bushwick has good public transportation so if you’re a commuter this is a great place for you to live.

Now the median price of a house has gone 7% since 2021; so the median price is $645 000 as of October 2022. The average price for Sqft is $887. Generally speaking, as you can see Bushwick is cheaper than the rest of New York. This sounds like a place to live in 2022 since the rent didn’t go that high like in other parts of New York. It’s one less thing to worry about in the whole moving process. We as movers understand that people are moving more than ever before and working hard. So a lot of people are looking for the best packing service NYC has to offer since they don’t have a lot of free time.  It’s better to spend time on hobbies or with your family and let the pros do their job.
